LEAD Partners provides on-going technical assistance that creates customized, campus- specific PLC’s that model professional growth and prescriptive data assimilation.
This process leads to the effective use of differentiated instructional approaches that have been under-utilized in the past.
Development of a campus-based process for the use of flexible intervention strategies allows students to understand and learn in various modalities.
Coaching is provided to “learning leaders” on the campuses to help the teaching staff understand the difference between student compliance and active engagement.
