Professional Learning Communities (PLC) and Response to Intervention (RtI) Development (All Grades)

LEAD Partners provides on-going technical assistance that creates customized, campus- specific PLC’s that model professional growth and prescriptive data assimilation.

• This process leads to the effective use of differentiated instructional approaches that have been under-utilized in the past.
• Development of a campus-based process for the use of flexible intervention strategies allows students to understand and learn in various modalities.
• Coaching is provided to “learning leaders” on the campuses to help the teaching staff understand the difference between student compliance and active engagement.
